The drawing room at Cliffe castle, in Keighley, Which has been restored with a fabric we produced to reproduce the effect of the orginal installed in the 1870’s. The house was built and furnished by the Victorian textile manufaturer Henry Isaac Butterfield. The orginal curtains and walling disappeared a long time ago but one curtain was kept and there is still one chair in the orginal fabric. The house is now a museum belonging to Bradford. Restoration has been carried out under the direction of Daru Rooke the curator of the museum.
